Zionism and the Nakba

Our organization had an extremely successful day at the "Friends of Sabeel-North America"
conference at All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena on February 16, 2008. Our table and
scaled-down version of our multi-panel exhibit drew constant attention from many people and
a large number left information so the exhibit could be displayed at their college, church,
university, conference, etc.
Each panel focuses on an aspect of the history and struggle of the Palestinian people.
Visitors to the table were very impressed when they learned the panels will eventually be six
feet tall and can be installed in parks, university quads, etc. Many visitors left contact information
for their institutions and plan to invite us to display the exhibit. The visibility of our group,
due to the attractiveness of the exhibit and professional display of the information,
made CEIA-SC a focal point of the table-display area.
